Quinyx has successfully launched 30+ Interactive Tours throughout their website on their homepage CTA, within their navigation menu, and with a dedicated Product Tour Hub that serves all of their tours by use case. So far, they've seen a significant increase in qualified demo requests from brand awareness and retargeting campaigns. They’ve also been able to implement Tourial cross-departmentally. Using Tourial TourPlayers — custom playlists of Tours that can be built and distributed anywhere — the Quinyx BDR team sends multiple Tours at once as part of their outbound strategy. And, with the HubSpot Meetings integration, they're increasing conversion rates and get demos booked instantly. Their Customer Success team has also seen success adding quick how-to tours in their help docs to accelerate onboarding and training for customers.
Now, the Quinyx team is focused on three things: Creating new tours in line with an upcoming product launch, enabling their sales team with custom TourPlayers, and launching Demo Centers for sales and marketing use cases.
